Seed Library of Los Angeles

The Seed Library of Los Angeles is a depository of open-pollinated (non-GMO) seeds. As a member, you can “borrow” seed for your garden and return the same amount of seeds, or preferably more, at the end of the season. No need to worry, they offer free classes on the basics of seed saving and also offer many instructional videos. There is no cost to “borrow” seed, only a $10 charge for a lifetime membership fee to join the library. If you are concerned about food security, genetic diversity, or want to be certain that you are not eating out at Monsanto’s, join SLOLA and start growing!
